2. How do I submit my order?
You can make order directly on the site, in a simple and fast way. You have already found the work for you? Then click on “Add to basket” button. The next steps are very simple and intuitive: Enter your delivery address, select the payment method and confirm your order. Done!
3. How can I pay my order?
On giuliocandussio.com you have several payment methods available: bank transfer, PayPal or credit card (PayPal). If you chose a form of online payment, the transaction takes place immediately and order is ended: you will be automatically redirected to the payment page managed by our partner responsible for secure online payments (PayPal). If you decide to pay by bank transfer, after submitting your order you will receive from us by e-mail all our bank details to prepare the transfer in our favor.
4. I do not have much confidence with online stores, the payments secure?

Unfortunately not:, there are no payments on delivery. But the purchase can be returned within the agreed withdrawal date.
7. What are your order processing times?
The order is almost always immediate, except in cases where the chosen work requires special packaging to allow a safe shipment.
8. What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are free worldwide.
9. The expedition is organized only by courier?
Yes, because the speed of delivery and the ability to track the online delivery are our priorities, the sending of our products is carried out exclusively through the most famous transport companies in Europe. For this we ask you to indicate as delivery address where an address during the working day there will be someone to receive the package (for example your work address), your email, your phone number.
10. My package arrived on time, but after opening the package I found that the goods have been damaged in transport. Now what do I do?
Fortunately, the damage of goods during transport are very rare – however if it happens, we ask you to contact our customer service. We will do everything to find, as soon as possible, a solution to the problem.
