Terms & Conditions
By placing an order you make an offer to purchase a product to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Giulio Candussio reserves the right to refuse any request. If your order is accepted, we will inform you via e-mail.
The shipping time may vary based on availability and any guarantees or predictions relating to delivery times are limited to Italy and subject to any delays caused by the courier or to force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Please refer to our warning about the delivery costs for more information.
When you make an order you undertake to ensure that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are authorized users of the credit or debit card to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of products. The cost of the products and foreign service may be subject to change. All prices quoted are subject to such variations.
Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an e-mail confirming the receipt of the order: this email will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of the order. The contract will not be concluded until we will send you the confirmation e-mail that the products you ordered you have been sent. Will be included in the final contract only in the email confirmation sent goods indicated at the time of shipment.
Price and Availability
Although we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the products you ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we will not be able to contact you, we will consider the order canceled. If you cancel the order after having already paid for the products, you will receive a full refund. In cases where applicable, the price is inclusive of VAT. The delivery costs will be added separately; these additional costs are clearly indicated in the event that you apply and are included in the “total cost.”
Payment
If you choose to pay by credit card, after receiving the order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. The goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has not been completed. We charge the payment to your card after the order has been accepted.
If you decide to pay by bank transfer, the order will not be processed until we do not see the currency of the payment to our account. Once payment is made, you can not make any changes to the order.
Shipping – Receipt of item
Your purchases are generally shipped out within 2-3 days after payment receipt. Delivery times are generally about 2/4 days from the time of shipment.
In any case, Giulio Candussio not liable for damages for delays in processing the order or delivery of the order. In the event that your assets are not withdrawn due to a mistake of the courier or Giulio Candussio, we will refund the cost of the service. The goods subject to restitution are all subject to our return policy (right of withdrawal) and the withdrawal of the same does not imply acceptance of their return.
Arrival of the goods in the presence of the courier, in your best interest it is necessary that you verify the following, before signing the delivery note:
- verify that the package is intact, not damaged or wet and pursuant to the standard characteristics of a package, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape, string, metal straps or whatever);
- check that the number of packages is as specified in the transport document.
Any damage to the packaging and / or product or the mismatch in the number of items or information must be immediately notified, control written on the delivery receipt. In the absence of such notification, the articles are considered delivered correctly. Once signed the delivery receipt, the customer can not make any objection about the appearance of what was delivered.
If goods are not collected within the time limit of storage because of repeated inability to deliver to the address specified by the customer when ordering, the latter shall be deemed rejected and sent back at the Giulio Candussio’s Atelier with expenses at customer’s charge.
Shipping – What to do in case of damage due to transportation
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier you must always check the package before signing the delivery receipt. If the packaging is damaged, you must do the following:
- accept the package “WITH RESERVE”, that is, sign the delivery receipt, but writing on the document “AGREE WITH RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CAUSE PACKING DAMAGED”;
- once you open the package you can see if the item is in order or if it has been damaged;
- if the goods are actually damaged you must report it immediately by e-mail, and we will refund the amount you paid;
- if the courier does not agree to deliver the goods with reservation, please reject the goods, and you will be reimbursed; if you accept, however without express reserves in writing on the delivery note we can not refund you;
- if the damage of the package is so obvious as to show that the product is also damaged without opening the package, also in this case refuse the delivery and you will be refunded; we can not reimburse you if you accept the goods without express Vs. reserves in writing on the transport document.
Shipping – Responsibility
The goods are delivered at the time of his exit from Giulio Candussio’s Atelier and travels at your risk. We can ensure that your purchases will be treated with the utmost care when packing, in order to ensure a safe transport as much as possible. Boxes used have sufficient size to give proper protection to the goods purchased.
Right of withdrawal
Information concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal
You have the right to terminate the contract, without giving any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the time when you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us at the following address:

of its decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (eg a letter sent by post, fax or email). To this end may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery – the least expensive type of standard delivery – we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. These refunds will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. within 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract. The term is met if you send back the goods before the expiration of the 14 day period. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are the only responsible for any decreased value of the goods resulting from bad handling , characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Obblighi dell’acquirente
Il Cliente si impegna, una volta conclusa la procedura d’acquisto, a stampare e conservare le presenti condizioni generali, che, avrà già visionato ed accettato, poiché ciò e un passaggio obbligato nel corso della procedura di acquisto, e delle specifiche dell’articolo oggetto dell’acquisto, questo al fine di soddisfare totalmente la condizione di cui agli art. 3 e 4 del Decr. Legisl. n° 185/1999.
È severamente vietato al Cliente l’inserimento di dati falsi, e/o inventati, e/o di fantasia, durante la compilazione del modulo d’ordine o della registrazione necessaria ad attivare nei suoi confronti l’iter per l’esecuzione di questo contratto e le relative ulteriori comunicazioni; i dati anagrafici e l’indirizzo di posta elettronica (e-mail) dovranno essere esclusivamente i propri effettivi dati personali e non di altre persone, oppure frutto di fantasia.
È vietato registrare due volte la stessa persona, e inserire dati anagrafici di altre persone. Giulio Candussio si riserva di perseguire legalmente qualsiasi abuso e/o violazione.
